Climate Change and Agriculture in the United States: Effects and Adaptation

The Climate Change and Agriculture in the United States: Effects and Adaptation report was coordinated by the USDA and includes contributions from 60 authors across the federal, university, non-governmental, and private sectors. It provides an extensive overview of the climate trends affecting agriculture including crop production and livestock as well as projections for change over the next 25-30 years. The report examines economic effects on the sector, provides an overview of adaptation options at multiple scales, and identifies research gaps.
